Fireman Exhaust

So after tweaking problems out with the car ive gotten it up to par (about time lol) and decided to do the fireman exhaust setup on my 3kgt. The question is, do i keep the premuffler and add on the muffler of my choice going to dual piping to dual tips on each side? Or swap premuffler out and put muffler in its place with same dual setup? Im not really looking for hp just sound, afraid of having a fart cannon as the car i go out in on weekends.

Btw its a stock 96 3kgt sl.

Thanks!
