HHH connection trouble

Hi Im looking for some advice/help get my HHH to connect to my hybrid 94 RT TT. Last I used the HHH and cable cable was 3yrs ago it worked well. Now it wont connect. (ECU Not Found).HHH cable has the right driver installed , I checked several times.
I can extract codes with a paperclip but HHH wont connect. Does anyone have any suggestions? thanks

The drivers probably don't work on newer version of Windows, go back to Windows 7. Also run HHH in Administrator mode.
