He probably won't. I'd have to sue but I don't want to waste my time and money. I could of avoided the whole thing by not checking him. He won't have any money left after all the charges he got nailed with. No valid driver's license or insurance. Expired tabs, stolen tabs, hit and run, reckless driving, fleeing an officer, resisting arrest, drug possession and terroristic threats for saying he was going to kill me for causing all the charges. The officer couldn't help but laugh at this idiot. Apparently the guy was high on meth, which violated his probation for some other crap he got in trouble before with. The cops felt bad for the damage to my car, but were glad to have the moron back in custody.

I think if your ride around with no insurance and get in a accident it should be minimum 5 years no license.It's just bullshit for the person you hit.

It is already the deal in my state. Then before you can get it back you have to insure a vehicle for 6 months before you can get a license.
