I quit 3si

That site is just too frustratingly slow. Is it a conspiracy to get paying people to convert?

I am in- I want a more mature site, and I plan on paying the dues as soon as I am certain us3s is a good alternative.

Its the dreamers who ruin it for the long term diehard 3s owners.

The maturity here isn't all that, but everyone here is great. We like to have fun and don't to worry about always being politicaly correct. A lot of us here are members of 3SI too and are also tired of all the BS. What's your main peeve about 3SI besides being too slow.

Welcome aboard. Glad to see you here. Contrary to what Eric said, there is a high level of maturity here. One thing is that we don't have any of the 14 and 16 year old magazine racers here. That makes for less flames and more knowledge being shared. It's still new but we are trying to grow. I hope you can help.

Just so you know, that is the original reason that US3S was created. Because of the slowness of 3SI, although it took me longer to get it going than I had planned and 3SI didn't have any more issues when I did get it up and running.

IMO, 3si with 10000 users is ripe for irresponsible behavior. I.E. some mustang handle guy who has his whole profile dedicated to the defamation of vr4s.

How can someone spend their time doing this above, and make such an effort, when there is endless entertainment on the internet elsewhere?? It is serious boredom for folks like this...

I am an owner of 3s tts for 7 years now. I fell in love with them before I had my license. I appreciate their rarity, and enjoy their power. It's sad though, when they get in the hands of idiots that make us look bad. They also drive up our insurance rates as they crash these cars that have now become more affordable to the masses.

Amen brother. If you post anything, I mean anything on 3SI you will be flamed. Everyone is quick to call BS. 3SI is full of good sources, dont get me wrong, its just full of dreamers and wannaB's too. I have been a member there since June 02 but I dont even think I have 10 posts. I like reading some of the stuff, but when it comes to socializing, I'll come here first.

Just wanted to say, eventhough I never write, that this is a great site. Very fast and people stick to the topics. It's all about the cars. I don't understand all the flaming stuff going on. Mods or no mods people drive these cars because they are unique. That's the bottom line.
