headers sohc help

so any suggestions on where to install the bunges on aftermarket headers?? anybody done this before? i have a 98 sohc so the 2 o2 sensors are the only things stopping me from starting my car

Are they a 3 into 1 style. Usually O2's go after the collector when all the cylinders runners come together.r

well 3 to 1 but the thing is the air/fuel ratio isnt as strong the further it goes in the exhaust and these headers do not come together for about 3 feet... im not sure if it would affect performance or mpg negatively??

Fixed that. Thinking of 4 hangers and V8s. I'd still say where they come together. Is there 2 sensors or 4 on SOHU engines? Not too familiar with NA's. But most cars I've dealt with ones before and after the cat on the main pipe if there's 2 and if for the same with additional ones near the collectors.

there is 4 sensors in total... the last 2 i have a 02 simulater for, but yea i guess that putting the sensors after they come together is my only shot, thanks for the insight

the headers or the simulaters?? the headers are the cheapo obx brand off ebay and the simulaters are from 3sx
