I just bought a 94 3000gt. After the car has warmed up it will stall when breaking at lights. I dont have any problems when the car has not warmed up. Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks.

Hesitation and stalling usually originate from two sources. Fuel or Spark.
I would check your fuel pressure to make sure it is around 39-42 psi. You will need a fuel pressure gauge. You can rent one at Autozone. It may be that your fuel pump is not providing enough fuel causing your engine to run lean creating your hesitation and stalling problem. If that is not it then check your fuel filter. It is right underneath your battery and it looks like an oil filter. Pain in the ass to get off though but it may be clogged, preventing fuel from moving through.
After that, check your wires and make sure that they are all connected properly. Probably a good time also to change your plugs.

Also check the O2 sensors and clean the idle speed control motor. These two things are notorious for causing the same problem you are having.

Here are few more things to check:
1. Your idle speed controller might be bad
2. There might be a leak through your idle set screw
3. Your egr valve might be plugged.
4. BOV might be partially plugged.

it turned out to be the stepper motor. it was sticky with carbon build up. I also went ahead with the 60,000 mile service. Thanks for your help.

Good going. Nothing severe. A PITA to find carbon buildup.
