I am the proud owner of a red 1998 3000gt base. I love everything abut my car except for the lack of horsepower. I was wondering where i could go to buy twin turbochargers for my car, about how ,uch they would cost and wha other mods i would have to make for the turbos to work properly. thanks for any answers or comments

usually the first mods are boost controller and high flow air filter... new bigger turbos are 1500 to 2000 some are even more expensive. dynamic racing is one place that has the turbos.

many people have asked this question. It is probably alot easier and cheaper to sell you car and pick up a Twin turbo car. You have to get the turbos, intercoolers, intercooler piping, exhaust manifolds, blow off valves and all the tubing. Turbos and inter coolers will run you $2,500 - $4000. Boost controler, boost guage and various other items. Not worth it.

Well, you bought a base SOHC, power is not too available. A lot of SOHC owners have gone the Supercharger route, but if you want about 60 more hp, buy a DOHC 3S, if you want a lot more power, just get a VR4. I wouldn't waste my time modding a SOHC, they only have 167hp + ~3100lbs. = DOG
