did head gaskets and now car won't turn over. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!11

so i finally got the car back together and when i went to start it, nothing. all the interior lights came on and everything seem good until i turned the key to start it and there was nothing at all. what did i miss? what should i check? battery connections are good and battery has 12.5 volts. please help. i am at my wits end.

check to be sure ground cables re-installed.

does it turn over by hand? as in using a ratchet to turn it over by the crank bolt? you absolutely sure the timing is correct?

as i was laying in bed after i posted this, i remembered there was a ground strap i forgot to re connect. started right up after that.
