Probably didn't hook the alarm system up correctly again or maybe fried a wire somehow you should check the wires coming out of the ecu and check them to see if they got damaged or something but who knows maybe theres a default deal in the alarm system that needs to be reset or its all a run on sentence jumbled together so people ignore your post and i bet if you used some punctuation theyd be more willing to read what your question was and help you out but who knows maybe they like being smartasses like me and do dumbshit to make a point but not to deter you from posting again just try harder to make your posts more legible even though this isnt hand writing but instead typing and i just want to say welcome to the site and please stick around and enjoy what it has to offer and not get annoyed that i am a smartassssssssssssssss

The factory alarm can be disarmed two ways:
1 - Via the keyless remote.
2 - Via the key in the driver's door, just turn the cylinder to the unlock position.
I would replace the battery in the keyless remote and then try locking and unlocking the car a couple times. And if you are still worried about the alarm I would use the key and toggle the driver's lock cylinder to the unlock position a couple times. If you do have an issue of a stuck alarm that should take care of it. However, I have never heard of a factory alarm doing that on these cars.
And please note that this forum demands clear punctuation. We won't be facists on spelling and completely proper grammar but you do need to use punctuation and attempt to use proper grammar to be taken seriously by the members here.
