My active exhaust doesn't seem to be working, when I hit the switch I don't hear any change in the sound. Anyone else had this problem and knows where I should start checking. thanks for the help.

Just tear it all out. It's restrictive as being married to a dominatrix bitch. But if you really want to fix it there's a small motor near the muffler on the driver side. Check to see if power is getting to it or if the wires are broke.

It was a cool gimmick in it's day but just like the ECS, just another thing to break that can be replaced with better shit.

Had the same problem. remove the electronic control unit and check transistors. Found a loose connection on one.
My problem is the actual exhaust diversion valve beeing stuck!
Good luck
