ok, i"m finally getting the base model i bought on ebay over a month ago. the dealer has had it in the shop because he thinks there is an exhaust problem. i think he had a new cat put on and a new fule pump installed. the driver that is bringing it down from jersey says it runs like it is missing on a cylinder and you can smell unburned fuel. i'm figuring it is probably the ecu. i tried telling the dealer that, but oh well. does it sound like i'm on the right track? the dealer says he thinks it's the muffler now and to take it to a muffler shop and send him a bill. so, how hard is it to find an ecu? I'll also check the plugs and wires right off the bat. could this be an exhaust problem?

O2 sensor maybe. Causing it to run rich.

A hole in the exhaust could cause the O2 to misread too though.

now that would be even better. if the dealer is going to cover it i'll go ahead and throw a magnaflow on.
