Transmission, Cables, Shifter, Clutch, Clutch pedal and mounting etc. It may be more of a hassle than its worth. Price for tranny is about $1500.00 give or take.

I may be wrong, but I think it is way more trouble than it is worth. Let me find something and I will let you know.

There are a couple people who have done it on 3SI. Get all the parts from a wrecked Stealth or 3000GT with good tranny components and that would save a little money. Its the labor thats killer. If you can do it yourself, great! If not its gonna cost alot and the shop is gonna hate you:D Its extensive work.

It may be easier / cheaper to sell your car and buy one that is manual.

Hey check this out if you still need tranny parts: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2403341820&category=6763. I also posted this in the "parts" section where you posted before. Oh and auction ends in about 3 days from now.
