I have a 93 stealth and I put an ECM in from a 92 3000GT. It works fine but I have problems getting the scan tool to read it for fault codes. The best way to know is to try it out. They aren't that hard to pop in and back out again. If you want an exact match, you'll have to get thje factory part number stamped on your original ECM. I'm not an expert, this is just my advice based on personal experience. HopeI could help!

no it will not work a 92 used a totally different type of pickup for the crank/cam sensor, you really need to stay with the same part number as the ECU you pulled out for it to work correctly
