Von, Mike, BillB and others,
My pleasure to have met you and I'm envious that the STL group has such a tight following, there's literally no one close to me except for Tom D and his son, I wish I was in the 'burbs of St Louis too.

Congrats again to Bill on the overall win, all the hard work on that beautiful car comes home when your peers reward you with the high honor.

I'm off to Stealth 316 .com to see about tranny removal and get the seal replaced and back in the car ASAP. I still have to look to see the bolt by the shifter cable linkage bracket that Von said is a balance point, anything to make it easier...

I have a lot of autocross to do yet this summer and a few track days to prep me for next year in Memphis again, so I'm motivated to get the problem fixed. I'm lucky nothing major happened and I was still able to carefully drive the car to Beale St for the car show with minimal fluid in the tranny.

See all you guys again in Memphis for NG09.

-John

It was great to meet you and see someone who truly cares about a car end up with that beautiful white car of yours. Thanks for the kind words at the banquet.

It was great to meet you and see someone who truly cares about a car end up with that beautiful white car of yours. I can truthfully say that I deeply appreciate the atttention to detail that went into the build of my car, especially the firewall and brake line relocation. I'm just getting used to all of the constant compliments on it and it turns heads where ever I go. It was really nice this past week when owners of other 3S cars stopped and complimented the car on it's looks. The best part was the ones who saw it run and commented on it's performance (and on a conservative tune no less).

Von, If I run into a snag, I'll be in contact.

Thanks for the kind words at the banquet.
I meant every word. My sister and her husband have both battled cancer and are ahead of the game, so it is possible. Never lose faith, our prayers are with you and your family.
