i had paid him $83 bucks to send me some 99 blinkers and they never showed. He kept saying they were in the midst of shipping and never had a tracking #. He would not refund my money nor would he respond after some time and i think he just dropped off the forum. lastly i did a paypal complaint and they would not even refund my money. he never responded to paypal. So i won but was not given back my money cause he did not have the funds in the account.
