as the poll says how many times do you check in on US3S???

Usually once or twice a day depending on how busy work is and what I'm doing after work. Typically I check here more than 3si because it's so much easier to keep up with what's going on.

at least 2-5 times a day while I'm at work, but it's been pretty dead on here lately as much anymore

I agree about it being dead, hence the reason of this thread, if more people would post some when they do check in this board would liven right back up ;)

I am trying to remember to check in here more often, but I have been very busy/distracted lately. When I do log in I try to look for things I can contribute to, but I don't usually have a lot to add.

Probably a couple times a week. There's just seems to be very little going on here.

Maybe once a day but more like once every 3.

I'd check in more, but I don't get email notification of replies. And, without those, I don't really think about it since the Stealth isn't my primary vehicle anymore.

Woo Hoo! It is fixed.... This is the first notification I've gotten in quite some time. I suppose those other thread were just really old by the time it was fixed.

I will be checking here and posting a lot more, because 3si is really starting to suck. It's sad really, what's happening to 3si. Since late 05 it's be getting horrible very quickly.

cheap cars means younger owners...
s3kgt18
- July 3rd, 2007, 11:15 PM
Yea, I know. I just hate to see it though. It's not only just the new owner's, someone the older members seem like they just have to stir stuff up and make a complete mess of what could have been a good thread.

Could it be because you just turned 16?? :dunno: Usually being young does mean (on 3si anyway) that they ask the most retarded questions, and seem to be far to lazy to search for the answers to real questions they may have. Then they bitch if you tell them to just search for the answer. Seriously there was an 07 member that posted the same thread in 4 different forums about making Mitsubishi bring back the 3000GT/Stealth by getting a petition going. :rolley: :LMFAO:

yea and i know quite a damn bit about the 3/s platform...cars in general...you wont see me posting retarded questions and talken about how cool the fast and the furious is...

I wasn't saying anything about you, just young owners in general. Some do know a lot, but most have no clue.

I'm fairly young too so don't feel too bad (bought my first 3/s when I was 17, I'm now 21) but I do agree that the majority of the young owners are idiots, a kid I used to work with was thinking about buying a 3k, managed to talk him out of it :)

I don't get around here as much as I used to, either. Usually just on my lunch break at work.
Really, though, the young guys just don't know what they're getting themselves into. I was 21 when I got mine, 25 now, and I'll openly admit I've learned the hard way. These things are absolutely beautiful cars, but you need:
Pick 2:
-Loads of patience
-A backup car
-Loads of cash on hand
Mine'll be coming home soon...between the multi-month warranty fight over a bum steering pump and watching my sister get screwed hard by the shop, they were told to "put 'er back together, I'm towing it home". Still should have a pile of work while it's down for service, so at this rate getting her back will be a christmas present to myself.

I'm guilty of not coming around much again.... Y'all probably didn't even notice. :(
Anyway... I'm adding this to my favorites again so I'll remember to check in more often.
