No. Just for looks. I link it can be made functional but some cutting and duct work needs to be done.

Before I got my scoop put on, I was researching those a little bit. They are made of some type of hardened plastic. Yes, you could cut out your hood and screw those in but I still think they would be very flimsy and fly off if there was a hole cut out in the front.
