Looking for Info or items

I'm looking for a good head unit, not too fancy that plays MP3 CD's. I was looking at the Alpine CDA-7998. It looks nice to me. Any info or other prefs? Anyone selling a nice system or parts (amps, boxes, subs, 6x9's, etc.)
