Ok, Well, I have a 92 Sandstone Gray Vr-4 for sale right now. It's bone stock with an HKS exhaust and has 110k on it. The engine runs very strong and doesn't smoke at all. It had the 60k service done about 2k miles ago (give or take). We looked over the turbos before we put the motor in, and they have little to no shaft play, and don't burn oil. The peg the boost gauge and pull very hard with no hesitations, or sputtering, etc. The transmission is a 25 spline, and shifts perfectly. No grinding, blocking out of gears, etc.
It has charcoal gray leather interior in very good shape. It has a full power drivers seat, with a slight tear in the outside bolster. If it really bothers you, I have a replacement seat in perfect condition. It's currently missing a radio, I still have to pick one out and order it (should be sometime next week). The shift boot isn't torn at all, and it has an aftermarket sunroof (extremely clean install).
The exterior is straight, and the paint shines up great. There are a few dings, and an indentation in the roof, my guess from the sunroof install. It's not extremely noticable, and not too bad, but there none the less. I think the previous owner parked it under a pine tree, because I found pine needles EVERYWHERE! There is also sap spots on the rear spoiler. I did the best I could with goo-gone to get it off, but they're still there. I also wetsanded and buffed the spots hoping to smooth them out, but it looks like it ate through the clear coat. The spoiler could benefit from a repaint if it really bothers you (I have a paint shop right next door, and could work that into the price of the car if you'd like). There are also a few sap spots on the rear passenger side fender, but only a few and not nearly as bad as the spoiler. There is also a nick on the front bumper (shown in pics) and a scuff on the rear bumper (also shown in pics). The front bumper was repainted at one point, and the plastic strip was painted as well. There are hardly any rock chips at all on the front of the car. Overall, it's in very good shape.
If you have any other questions, or would like more pictures, etc. just let me know. I've sold quite a few VR-4/TT's in the last year, and they're all still running awesome, with no complaints :) All the cars I sell are mechanically sound, and everything is gone over, and repaired/rebuilt/replaced when necessary by one of the best 3/S mechanics in the country.
I'm asking 8.5k OBO, and the car is located in Easton, PA.
