Hey guys I am a new member to this forum, but I am a long time reader, and have been researching the 3000gt for about 2 years now, and though I don't know everything there is to know about 3000gt's I do know a good deal when I see one!

Okay, so just as the title says this is for the 6 in 1 AEM Wideband Air/Fuel Digital+Analog Gauge WITH Wideband O2 Sensor...seen here:

http://3sxperformance.com/electronics.asp

I am trying to find out how many people would be interested in these at a price of about $250.00 shipped. I have asked if we would be able to get a better price if we got a group buy together, but first I'd need to know how many people I would be working with in order for him to be able to give me a definitive answer. In any event I think $250.00 shipped is a great price considering they are $489.95 plus shipping. If there is no interest in this then I'll just buy my two and that's that, but I thought I should give you guys the opportunity to get in on this.

So for those of you that have been wanting to get a pair of these, one for the front bank and one for the rear, here is your chance to get two for the price of one! (however, you don't need to purchase two if you have the bung for this sensor welded onto the collector side of the dp...and remember that the bung must be welded in the top half of the exhaust pipe I prefer the 2 o'clock position, but as long as it is above the 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock position you should be okay.)

If you have any questions my e-mail is Capetillorob@gmail.com, but I'd prefer you ask in this forum that way everyone benefits from all of the information.

dual or single channel?

I'm pretty sure these are all single channel gauges at least for now...i'm not sure if they make a dual channel of this style yet...at least I havent seen one this style...I know AEM makes one that is dual channel, but it doesn't come with a gauge and runs about $599.00 on 3sxperformance and it needs to be run with the AEM engine management system or some sort of piggy back which is big $$$$$.

The alternative: You can get two of the gauges offered in this group buy for $500.00 ($250 a piece) shipped and they are standalone, you don't need the AEM EMS or some other piggy back to run them. Plus these gauges would look great in our cars dash, especially if we put them in the a-pillar pods. You will still be able to read both banks with this setup.

Or you can simply purchase one @ $250.00 shipped and it can be placed in the collector of the downpipe. This will give you the overall readout of both banks.

I wish these were dual channel, then I'd only need to purchase one! But honestly, this is still too good of a deal to pass up, and you can never have too many gauges ;) Plus, If you want to buy one you can, it's faaar better to have an A/F readout than none at all! (Well, unless you have a narrow band A/F meter, then you may as well have none at all! Did I just say that!)

You can see a picture of the dual gauge and the gauges in this group buy, by going to : http://3sxperformance.com/electronics.asp

P.S. In no way shape or form am I trying to knock 3sxperformance, I am a satisfied customer and will continue to do business with them, I am merely trying to provide proof to people that may not know how good of a deal this is. I am trying to provide the budget builder with the best A/F monitoring Control for the least amount of money. And maybe others try to make money off of their group buys, but I am not making one red cent! $250 shipped is the price I was quoted and that is the price I am quoting here.

Okay, this just in...I guess the price difference really doesn't justify a group buy, but for those that are going to be on a super tight budget (me), or for those of you that looove to brag about how much cheaper you got something than someone else;)...here is the breakdown in pricing:
Below is directly from the e-mail sent to me.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Order 2 of them they will run 260 each including overnight air.

Order 5 255 each including overnight air

10+ 250 shipped.

And that is really selling them right at just about our cost. But we like to keep you guys coming back so that is why we are trying to give you the best price.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You just can't beat these prices! And they are Universal, so they will work on other vehicles as well, so If you aren't sure if you can use it on your car... you can, because it isn't platform specific.

I'm trying to find out how much for just one for those of you that just want to purchase one and be done with it.

Someone please post a link of this page at 3si because I've tried signing up to 3si and for some reason I keep getting an error message...but that's neither here nor there.

I would be interested in this...so there isn't going to be a group buy, but we could still get them? I also know there are several people on 3si who are also interested. (IPS had a group buy a while ago, but we missed out)

Unfortunately no...since the time of my post there are now other alternatives...I mean you can buy these for the group buy price which I honestly didn't know at the time of the post and am pretty sure you couldn't back then...but now you can...if you go to 3si.org there is a guy there that sells them...his name is IPSJeff...he sells them for about 250.00 or so...good luck with that...and my appologies. ;)
