my story:
i placed my order from them on a friday. i waited until the following friday and hadn't seen any kind of updates on my order, so i emailed them. no reply, so i sent a following one on monday (pretty pissed off). they finally write back saying the filter is on it's way and should arrive in a few days to their store so they can ship it to me. friday arrives and still no more updates. i email again, they say it should arrive monday or tuesday. i email on tuesday and ask if it's been shipped yet. no, blitz sent the wrong filter. ok, so i wait till friday and email again for an update. they're now saying blitz had it on back order and they don't know when they'll get it. i wait a few more days (2.5 weeks after my order) and finally request a refund. they say ok, no prob. i wait 1 full business day and still no refund. finally had to file a complaint with paypal to get my money back.
not the greatest of experiences of online shopping. they don't give out their number on their website. now i know why. if they did, they'd get all kinds of calls asking why they haven't shipped anything yet. they have the lowest prices on the web, but that doesn't help if they don't ship anything.
placed an order with summit for the filter and got the filter the very next day! they also sent a nice summit baseball cap :)
