hey everyone. i might be selling my 1992 dodge stealth rt turbo. it's extremely clean and i always get compliments on it. currently 2nd gear is popping out so im checking the tranny mounts and the synchro on monday. it will be fixed before i sell the car. other than that the car runs great. it has the following mods: blitz style air filter w/ adapter, bradi drilled and slotted rotors all around with pads, silver glo gauges (all 5 including the little oil and boost and engine temp), autometer ultralite boost gauge w/ single gauge pod, kormex hardend ops, 3sx "race" short throw shifter(awesome shifter imo), pro boost manual boost controller, grip force stage I clutch(less than 1500 miles on it), kuhmo ecsta tires all around(less than 2500 miles on them), DN chrome y pipe, ngk plugs and wires, fuel pump hotwire kit, probably a few more things i forgot as well. it's emerald green with tan interior. it has 69,xxx original miles on it. im located in new jersey. reason i might be selling is that i'm looking to get a gmc syclone. before i put up the car for sale what do u guys think a fair asking price would be. in my area there arent too many stealths around and i had to travel out of state to find this one and i got very lucky. just shoot some replies saying prices u think would be fair. as everyone knows blue book isnt work for ours cars.

Hi Greg,
What would be a rough figure that you want for the car the way it sits?
There would be no need for you to spend the money to fix it, as I can do that myself.
If you could PM me with some ideas on price$$, we can go from there. Also any pics emailed would be helpfull.
Thanks,
Tim

Greg Sounds like a very nice car greg.Personnaly i would fix the tranny problem before i sold it.You will get much more for it.With those low miles it will sell good. There are some good shops around that do tranny rebuilds and could prob fix yours no problem. You might give TY a call at speedfactor. He could prob fix it or direct you to someone in your area that could fix the snycro.Gatecrasher on 3si has put together a repair manual for rebuilding these trannies. You might even be able to save the money and fix it yourself.Good luck with the sale on the car,i deffinalty would not give the car away because with those low miles it will bring good money.I have personally seen several sell with engine problems and tranny problems on ebay for 3500.00 and up.And they had twice the miles on them.

yes it is an extremely clean car. i'll prob fix it before i sell it. when its fixed i would probably be asking for like 11k obo. i think thats an extremely fair price since i bought the car for 11k. where exactly is speed factor again? if the syclone gets sold ill probably keep the stealth until another pops up thats the only reason id want to sell the car because ive always wanted that truck.

Just wanted to let you know that I am no longer in the market. I was gauging interest in yours, but I got a call from a guy on a 3000GT I previously inquired about and we made a deal this evening.
Sounds like you have a nice car and should be able to move it quickly.
Good luck if you decide to sell.

Just curious here. You are selling your car for $13,100 and you are tring to buy another for 11? Why not keep yours since its already in great shape instead of getting another one?

was asking just outta curiosity. i'm looking for a car to fix up, and if the tranny wasn't fixed, i was going to look into it more.

k, now my car is officially for sale. price is $9,999 obo and i'm not getting too many offers. what's the problem? the price seems pretty right on seeing how it has only 72k miles on her, extremely clean, mint interior, upgraded brakes, new rebuilt tranny and upgraded transfer case.. i know these cars are depreciating on price but geez... i just got back from work in it and it's running so perfect i'm having second thoughts for letting it go, but always wanted a grand national and now i can afford one once i sell the stealth.
