Hi I am brand new to this site, this is my first time posting. I was contacted by several 3si members and by a us3s.com member and asked if I would post this information on this site to hopefully prevent other members from being RIPPED OFF. I have had a horrible experience with Mykiss69. He has never sent me anything I sent him $70.00 on Nov 16 and still have nothing from him!! If paypal has locked his account that proves that he has NOT sent anything!!! Because if he had sent it paypal would not LOCK his account. Paypal only locks a persons account when they see that person is at fault for failure to deliver promised goods!!! As you can see below here is a copy of the paypal complaint

I ordered and paid for a passenger side mirror for my 3000gt Mitsubishi car in pearl white on Nov 13, 2004. I have contacted the seller every couple of days via email, telephone and messenging through the 3SI site and he keeps changing his story. He said he sent it, then he said he had not sent it yet, then he says wait a few more days. It has been almost one month and I still do not have mechandise. I have told seller I need the mirror for my car so that I can get it inspected. It is $250.00 fine in NC to not have car inspected and I can not get it inspected without the passenger side mirror. PLEASE HELP!! I have copies of all correspondes with the seller if you need them.

Our investigation of this complaint is now complete.
The seller did not respond to our requests for confirmation that the package was shipped to your address. Therefore, we attempted to award you a full refund. Unfortunately, there were insufficient funds available in the seller's PayPal account to complete the refund.
PayPal does not consider this a satisfactory resolution of this complaint. We have taken action against this seller's account until the complaint has been resolved.
MYkiss69 is NUTS!! Do a search on his name MYKISS69 and see I am not the only person with complaints about him!! I am new to this site only been on it a couple of months, I have no reason to lie on him.. I have nothing but good to say about all fellow 3si members except MYKISS69. PAYPAL agrees with me not him!!! Thats why he is locked out of his paypal account look at the complaint!! Here below is also a copy of our PM's you will see how much he lied about sending the mirror:

I sent another email to you on the 23rd and you said it was on the way. I have sent several other emails and Pm messages as well with no reply from you... Today is Dec 2nd. I still have not received the mirror. I need this mirror to get my car inspected here in NC. It is a $250.00 ticket to not have a 1996 or newer car inspected in this state! If you do not have the mirror or if you have not sent it PLEASE REFUND MY PAYPAL payment. I am not trying to be a pain in the butt, but I need the mirror or a refund so that I can find another mirror!!!I have read your trader feedback and it seems to be very good so what is the problem? Please email and let me know what is going on with the mirror.

You have had my money $70.00 for almost a month! This is ridicilous!!! I can not believe you have a good trader rating on this site. I do not know what the problem is but I can not continue to wait for my mirror to one day appear in the mail. I have asked you personally to refund my money but since you have not done so and since I have not received my mirror I have no choice so I have contacted Paypal and I am requesting a refund of my money since you still have not sent my mirror. I have kept a copy of all of our correspondes to provide Paypal. I am truly sorry that it has came to this. I hope in the future you are a more reliable seller.
