i sent him my plenum to get polished in october. i finally got it back nov. 30. the turn around time sucked. this is only the beginning tho. when i got it back, it was dirty. he didn't bother to clean off any of the polishing compound he used. i ended up having to spray out bolt holes and using brake cleaner on a vac nipple that he clogged with polishing compound. he didn't even tape off any of the holes. another thing, he removed 3 vac nipples (the one behind the throttle body, one for the clutch booster, and one for the brake booster), and didn't put them back in. worse, he didn't even send them with the plenum. i had to email him so he would send them back to me. the polish job is looks decent, so he at least did one thing right. 6 week turn around and didn't return the vac nipples. i wouldn't send him anything else to polish due to his lack of concern over what his customers may think. i've polished fuel rails before and i've always cleaned off the compound. I don't know if he's related to jerry mosier, but i sure wouldn't do business with him again.
i would be truly upset if it was my only plenum. luckily, i bought a plenum and sent it to get polished. i'm going to pull off the vac nipples from my stock one and use them on the polished on. it just sucks that i have to do so and wait for the other ones to get back to me... whenever that might happen.
