i'm trying to prevent so much kick back to help my launches. i do not wantthe car lowered at all, tho, none. it's too low already wth the body kit. any more scraping would kill me.... but i a getting terrible launches wheel hop tire spin, just no traction, with decent tires too. so are coil overs what i'm thinking of will that keep the right ride height and prevent the kick back some? and will i need 4 or just the 2 rear? thanks -matt

I don't really know how much springs or coil-overs will help especially if you don't actually lower the car. I may be wrong but I just haven't really heard that. You might want to look into an LSD to help with wheel hop and launches.

Often times the lower the car the lower the center of gravity on the car itself. If you want just stiffer ride to help with the "wheelhoptireskip" it is possible to do without lower the car itself. A set of tein's basic coilovers should do the job. Springs rates and car height are independent of each other.
