Laptop on Roadtrip

Does anybody know a free webservice that I can access while I am on the road to the NG? I am bringing my laptop with me but I don't want to signup for AOL or any of those free hour ones. If that's my only option then so be it, but is there anything else I can do? I really hate giving my credit card number out all the time.

Well how do u plan on accessing the interney? Via phoneline? or actually "ON THE ROAD" via Digital Modem!?

-WoW- I just realized when u posted that. lol, well for future reference. If u are connecting via phone line from different places on the road. I have a MSN account that i could let u borrow. ~ You would just have to look up on msn.com for the local numbers to dial to and stuff. but yah i always have a spare Dial Up cuz u never know :-D ~ just no downloading gigs of porn on my accoutn and stickin me with the bill :) har har har ~
