Well I have had these tires on for about 2 weeks now and I have to say that I am very impressed with them.

The tread pattern is pretty awesome and the grip is insane. You can really feel yourself hugging the road even as you are accelerating through turns. There is no skip or hop and I have done a 4000 rpm clutch dump from a stop without any wheel hop. They really grab and I like them. I don't have my strut bars yet but these tires make it feel like I do.

I was worried that the wet weather performance would be lacking though. It rained like a sumabitch yesterday and I initially took it easy but I could feel zero skid as I was moving. I accelerated and noticed very little difference from my old tires. BF Goodrich Performance T/A. I didn't cruise top speed by any means but they performed very well at speeds around 60 mph.

Road noise is virtually nonexistant. My previous tires had that continuous noisy hum at higher speeds but these are much, much quieter.

One thing that I did notice though is that the tires are very soft. I already have a couple of very small tears in the tread. Mainly due to the very poor condition of the roads here. Since they are Z rated tires and don't come with a treadlife warranty, I can't really complain. I knew what I was getting.

On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, I give these tires a 9.2. Like I said, I am very impressed with them and would recommend them.

Get ahold of Ty at Speed Factor. He can get you a lot better of a deal on these than I got. I think he can get them for about $100 cheaper each than me.

His link is on the tuners_shops page of the main site or go to Http://www.speedfactor.net

Well, they offer a 215/45/16, but my OEM is 225/55/16. How much of a difference would that be? Is that +1cm in the wheel well? Would that size work?

I've only checked online so far, no phone calls, but vulcantire.com has them for $97 each. Is that good?

Hell yeah that is great. I purchased mine for almost $250 each. Got jammed but hindsight is always 20/20

those are a little lower profile than mine i believe. what my other posts are NOT GOOD? I'm hurt and appalled hahahaha. seriously i did'nt know what kind of tires to get but i like these. the guy wanted to sell me mastercraft but i thought they made outboard boat motors(there is a mastercraft outboard company) so i told him to give me a japanese tire (was hoping kuhmo or yoko or toyo or bono haha) but falken seemed cool. Are they high quality? I don't know?
