I was curious to find out if anyone knew the hp numbers on the adj. cam gears and getting a street/strip grind on the cams.

I am not sure that anyone has HP numbers on a cam regrind, however I think I heard the cam gears made as much as 28HP on one application. As with any mod though, 28HP is not guaranteed. I am looking into both of these in the near future. If you have the money buy UR cam gears and 3KGTmotorsports has cam grinds for pretty cheap. $449 for all 4.

If you get your cams before I do, let me know how you like them. Not many 3/S owners have these so it would be cool to have a "rare" mod like that.

I will, that is if i can do it. I have to try to persuade the parents into lettin me spend the money that I get from selling my truck and using that to mod my car. My mom allready doesnt like the fact that I have a "sports" car and she gets worried because I am over at the shop working on my car and I have to revv it up, she is worried that I am going to get in a reck or somethin but I keep trying to tell em that the only place I am going to go fast is at the drag strip because she tells me that if I ever get a speeding ticket that she will take me keys away so that right there keeps me from speeding, I love me car too much to get her taken away. Well I will see how it turns out, if I cant mod my car I will end up painting it and getting new rims and tires and hopefully lower it.

Is the gasket on the valve cover rubber or do you have to replace it when you take it off and about how much is a plenum gasket?

If it is damaged or looks old, replace it. It costs around $6.00. It is metal.
the valve cover gasket is rubber. Replace it if it is old looking or damaged.
